
The Wilderness Outcry is scheduled for June 14 through June 18, 2010. It will be located on a 444 acre farm in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. There is expected to be 50,000-150,000 participants for this weeklong event.
All food vendors who would like to participate in this event must follow the Butler County Health Department’s Guidelines for Mobile Food Units and Temporary Food Establishments. Mobile units are defined as portable enclosed units and Temporary Food Establishments are defined as units based out of a tent/booth.
Per the request of the event coordinator, ALL vendors, including private and church organizations, must be inspected by a public health inspector prior to opening. Vendors will be inspected on a first come first serve basis based on priority levels. Vendors must fill out the Food Vendor Application and submit it to the Butler County Health Department by fax (573-785-2825) or email (info@butlercountyhealth.org). There will be no charge for the health inspection and for this event only city permits are not required.

If you would like to participate in the Wilderness Outcry, all Food Vendor Applications must be submitted to the Butler County Health Department no later than June 7, 2010
